Mind+Body Fuel tastes like a hot cocoa and a chai latte had a little hippie love child. This blend is full bodied, tasty and satisfying. Designed to be brewed hot like an instant coffee, we recommend adding a generous dash of your favourite milk to finish.

Golden Milk tastes like something the Gods of India sent down from the heavens. A fusion of organic turmeric and chai spices, brew this baby on milk (honey optional) for the ultimate nourishing comfort drink.

Super Mocha delivers genuine coffee vibes blended with rich Peruvian cacao to deliver the ultimate morning ritual with less caffeine than a barista made brew and none of the BS.

This is the fun part. Simply dump one tablespoon of powder into 250ml of hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Sweetener optional. Top with a generous dash of your favourite milk. Drink in the morning to kick start your day, after lunch to conquer 3.30itis or to wind down in the afternoon.

Yes. all our products are 100% natural and contain no sweeteners, additives or flavours, artificial or otherwise.

Yes. Always have been and always will be. There is already an abundance of these ingredients in our food supply and we didn’t feel it was necessary to add any more. We use dairy-free coconut milk powder and MCTs in our Golden Milk and Super Mocha to achieve that irresistible creaminess.

No. All of our products are proudly unsweetened, because some of us are sweet enough. and stevia ruins everything it touches. Just sayin'. We specifically formulated each of these blends so that while they're packed with beneficial ingredients, they still taste great. and hey, if you want to add sugar or sweeteners then go for it! It's your world, we're just living in it.

Most yes. Our Mind+Body Fuel is 100% Vegan, as are all of our mushroom extracts. Yes, even our Cordyceps.

Our Golden Milk and Super Mocha are unfortunately not Vegan as they both contain marine collagen to improve gut health, skin elasticity, joint health, hair, nails, bones and more. The reason we chose this exact marine collagen is that it contains higher levels of type I and III collagen (the type for hair, skin and nails) and it is absorbed up to 150% better.

The short answer is no. Although you will need to dissolve the powder in a little boiling water first, before pouring over ice. If you decide to put it in a frappe or smoothie (great decision btw), just chuck it in and blend it up real good.

Absolutely. All of our latte blends are 100% free from all sugars and sweeteners. One of our favourite ways to drink Mind+Body Fuel is blended with grass-fed butter and MCT oil. Aside from being a delicious alternative to bulletproof coffee, we also love the appetite control it provides during intermittent fasting.

Yes. Each of our blends were specially formulated to improve cognitive function and restore energy levels in a number of ways. Firstly, the Lion's Mane mushroom contained in all of our blends promotes the production of NGF in the brain fuelling the growth and regeneration of neurons in the brain to help clear brain fog and promote laser-like focus.

Secondly, each blend contains thousands of milligrams of Adaptogens, which are a special group of herbs & mushrooms that work to boost your energy levels and stamina while promoting (much needed) rest and relaxation. This is because adaptogens work bi-directionally, to regain balance in the body in all facets to make you feel AMAZING!

For thousands of years medicinal mushrooms have been highly revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a tool for longevity, immune support and life-force enhancement, utilised to deeply nourish and support energy and vitality. Historically, these profound health tonics have been extensively utilised and cultivated in Asia.

All of our mushrooms are at a concentration of 10:1, meaning 10kg of fruiting body is used to create 1kg of extract. This produces a potent and high quality extract so a little really does go a long way.

Our Red Reishi mushrooms and Lions mane mushrooms are grown on aged oak-wood and hardwood logs, then covered with nutrient rich top soil. The quality of the soil and wood log is crucial to growing a potent high quality mushroom. No chemicals or pesticides are used during this process so we can guarantee our mushrooms are highly potent, 100% USDA organic and NON-GMO. Each batch is rigorously tested to ensure it is free from toxins and heavy metals. Mushrooms are known bio-accumulators so we take this very seriously. Each mature mushroom fruiting body is then cut by hand, collected, dried and undergoes a process to extract the medicinal compounds from the mushroom.

Chaga mushrooms are grown on birch logs in the forests of Central Asia. As the mushroom grows it absorbs the betulinic acid from the birch, which is currently being studied for its potential use as a complementary treatment alongside chemotherapy for it's powerful anti-inflammatory and immune boosting effects.

Wild Cordyceps is commonly found in the mountainous regions of China, Tibet and the Himalayas. It appears as a blade-like mushroom growing out of the head of a caterpillar. Due to the scarcity of Cordyceps in the wild and their growing worldwide demand, their sustainability comes into question. That's why we chose to source a vegan cultivated strain of Cordyceps mushroom called Cs-4. It’s grown organically in liquid fermentation tanks, the end result is a potent 10:1 mycelium extract which is currently being studied for it’s positive effects on aerobic performance and stamina.

The importance of harvesting our mushrooms in a state closest to how nature intended, is paramount for us at Super Shrooms. This is why we ensure our mushrooms are cultivated within fair-trade and sustainable farms in their native regions in China, where these communities have been growing and ingesting Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.

Our mushrooms are grown exactly as nature intended, organically and ensuring a constant harmonious balance of light, temperature and humidity. Mushrooms are known bioaccumulators, so this unique process sees the mushroom organism inoculated on highly nutritious, natural substances to produce a nutrient rich and highly medicinal extract. This cultivation method replicates the natural growing conditions that exist in the wild; for mushrooms, the most integral part of this process is the substrate material that mycelium decomposes and fruits upon. Wild harvested mushrooms are a wonderful option however over harvesting has significantly reduced their populations in the wild and is therefore no longer a sustainable option.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality sustainably-harvested mushroom extracts, so naturally, all of our mushroom extracts are USDA certified organic. That means each mushroom is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilisers and dyes. Our mushrooms are also rigorously tested for quality and potency and are free from heavy metals, toxins and industrial solvents. This ensures a high quality concentrated mushroom extract coveted for it's medicinal qualities.

Medicinal mushrooms consist of 3 main parts; a mycelium, a mushroom (fruiting body) and the spore. All possess medicinal benefits however we have chosen to use the mushroom fruiting body only, as it has the highest beta-glucan content and therefore medicinal activity; with scientific tests proving that the fruiting body is the most valuable part of the fungal organism.

Our medicinal mushrooms are a potent source of many phytoactive compounds; specifically beta glucan rich polysaccharides (our extracts contain at least 30% polysaccharides). Absolutely. Each of our mushrooms are routinely and rigorously tested for the presence of heavy metals, pesticides, mould and total microbes, including E. coli and salmonella. No fillers, starches, additives or preservatives will be found in any of our mushroom extracts, or any other product we sell for that matter!

Mushrooms can be easily added to your daily routine; a ¼-1 tsp in your daily tea, coffee, elixir, smoothie, water or sprinkled into your favourite recipe. The key is consistency. Being tonic herbs, they work best when taken in daily and over time.

Mushrooms are one of the safest botanicals to elevate you and your family’s wellness. Though, as with all of our products, please seek medical advice if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medications. These powerful tonic herbs are designed to enhance your life experience, not to treat, cure or remedy.

All of our mushroom extracts are packed into miron glass jars to preserve their quality and potency. Miron glass is a violet glass, boasting significant preservation qualities. This is because they protect the extract inside from the complete spectrum of visible light, except for UVA and IR light.

Research shows that products stored in this special miron glass are not only exceptionally well preserved but also enriched and activated, providing protection against degradation for up to three years!

Plus when your jar is finished, peel the label off, dispose thoughtfully and reuse the jar to store your spices, superfood powders or knick-knacks.

All of our extracts are 100% pure, with no additives or starches to absorb moisture. So to make sure your extracts stay super fresh we advise keeping them stored in a cool dry space like your kitchen cupboard.

If you, like us, live in a humid climate, we advise taking extra special care when storing your herbs.

It’s important to always use a clean dry spoon to ensure no additional moisture finds its way into your jar or bag. If this happens your herbs may start to go clumpy or solidify completely (if left for longer periods).

For that reason it is best to maintain a consistent herbal practice once the seal is removed, this will minimise the chance of your extracts solidifying.

If you are in a humid area, and you only have a small amount of herb left on your jar, it is recommended to occasionally shake the jar to prevent clumping and setting. For long term storage, place your jars in the freezer.

If your extract is completely hard, don’t stress! It is still fully extracted and are perfectly fine to use. Simply pour a little boiling water to the jar and shake to dissolve, then store the liquid extract in your fridge and use as per usual.

If you have say 1/2 a jar of extract left, you can pour hot water into the jar and dissolve off a good daily dose in layers until the jar is finished.
